In order to keep constantly up with the requests of food Industry and Distribution sectors, SALUMIFICIO VECCHI has been applying the HACCP production traceability procedure together with other non-mandatory certifications such as IFS, BRC and HALAL (currently subject to examination).

Historical products such as Zampone and Cotechino are protected by a special Consortium (Consorzio di Tutela). They are made in the area of Modena, where SALUMIFICIO VECCHI produces PGI food specialties which are protected by the INEQ institute (Istituto Nord Est Qualità). Coppa di testa is a typical product granted by the Collective Brand of Modena Chamber of Commerce.

The development of new products, aimed at safeguarding Consumers’ health and wellness, goes together with CCPB organic certification. Moreover, our gluten free products display the crossed-out ear of corn logo and apply the AIC (Italian Coeliac Disease Association) guidelines. Environmental impact procedures currently subject to examination.
